  • Do you guys service apartments?
    Unfortunately Speedy Celebrations are unable to services apartments due to unique challenges of apartment restrictions and level of ground.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, Speedy Celebrations does require a deposit to lock in your reservation. This deposit helps ensure the equipment you need is ready and in tip-top shape for your big day.
  • Do you offer custom party supplies?
    Absolutely! At Speedy Celebrations, we offer a variety of custom party supplies to make your event unique and memorable! Whether you need personalized banners, themed decorations, or custom table settings, our team is ready to help bring your vision to life.
  • How far in advance should I book a bounce house rental?
    We recommend booking your bounce house rental at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability for your desired date and time. However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability, so feel free to contact us for more information.
  • What is the cancellation policy for bounce house rentals?
    Our cancellation policy for bounce house rentals allows for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
  • Will your team set up everything?
    Absolutely! Our team at Speedy Celebrations will take care of the complete setup for all of your rented equipment.
  • What time will equipment be picked up?
    Equipment pickup is the day after your event, between 8 AM and 12 PM.
  • Will extension cords be provided? What if I have to reschedule my event due to weather conditions?
    Yes, Speedy Celebrations provides extension cords with all relevant equipment rentals to ensure you have everything you need for a successful event.
  • My event will be held at a park. Will a generator be provided?
    At Speedy Celebrations, we totally understand—planning a park party is all fun until you realize you need some power. Our rental packages don't come with a generator by default, but no worries! You can easily add one to your package. Just let us know ahead of time, and we'll make sure you have all the electricity you need to keep the party going.
